Claims guidance
General guidance. Documentation requirements vary by claim type and jurisdiction (South Africa/Zimbabwe).
- Notify the Administrator support line as soon as possible.
- Provide member details and required documentation.
- Claim is assessed in line with policy terms and the benefit schedule of the appointed underwriter.
- Where repatriation applies, coordination is arranged via the scheme’s service workflow.
Complaints and escalations
