Responsibilities by function
Each party has a separate and visible operational role within the scheme structure.
- CarePoint supports marketing, enquiries and onboarding visibility.
- Nomatye Funeral Services (44784) manages membership administration, claims guidance, repatriation coordination and service support.
- To Be Appointed is responsible for policy issuance, risk assumption and final benefit determination.
Underwriter note: Underwriter to be appointed. Once confirmed, insurance risk, policy issuance, and benefit determination will rest with the appointed underwriter.

Claims guidance
General claims support steps are outlined below. Documentation requirements may vary by claim type and jurisdiction.
- Contact the Administrator as soon as possible using the support details provided.
- Provide membership details, relevant supporting documents and any available reference numbers.
- The claim is considered in line with the applicable policy terms and benefit schedule.
- Where repatriation applies, coordination support is arranged through the scheme workflow and relevant partners.
